Jamie is a multidisciplinary designer based in Brooklyn, NY. With a background in architecture and a keen visual eye, their medium(s) span across food, drawing, and spatial planning.
With over five years of architectural experience across Paris, New York, Toronto, and Vancouver, along with hands-on knowledge in custom fabrication, they have experience working through all design phases. From sketch to reality, they are passionate about creating activations, spaces, and immersive events that foster connection or a sense of community.
In parallel, Jamie began formulating their culinary identity through elaborate dinner parties thrown during architecture school, a themed party series that later led to the formation of Edible Affairs. Since then, they have produced events for and with Aesop, Food Mahjong Club, NEW Inc, CUE Art Foundation, A+A+A, Audiofemme, and more.
